This past January Tayla travelled to Turkey to represent the country with the New Zealand Under 18 Women’s Ice Hockey team.

The team played in Division 2 Group A against teams from Korea, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Turkey, and the Netherlands.

Tayla said she was super proud of everybody that came over with her and she has made some life long friendships and memories. She is looking forward to next year if she gets the opportunity to play with the team again.
