Our new whānau, staff and students were welcomed officially on Thursday 29th January with a mihi whakatau

Kia ora koutou, it has been a great start to the year. Our new whānau, staff and students were welcomed officially on Thursday 29th January with a mihi whakatau. We greatly appreciated the support of those in the community on this special day and were really proud of our senior students who were there to make everyone feel welcome.  

Later in the day our Year 12 students did an amazing job of supporting the Year 9’s in the afternoon with their peer support activities after a yummy lunch and some delicious fruit. 

A massive thank you to Design windows for allowing us to use their BBQ trailer, to McIntosh Orchards for the amazing fruit, and to our Manukura who worked the sausage sizzle in some intense heat.
