A couple of key messages to be aware of as we head into Week 3

Uniform: Please check the school website to see the most up to date expectations for your tauira/student. Although most of the uniform has not changed we are still seeing a number of students coming to school without the correct items of our uniform. 

If a student does not have the correct uniform for a valid reason they need to go to the office where they may be able to get a uniform pass. 

Attendance: There is clear data that shows tauira who are in school on a regular basis achieve better than those with higher levels of absence. If a student is sick or needs to be away from school for a valid reason please ensure the school office has been notified so we can mark our rolls accurately. 

Tauira also need to remain on site throughout the day, this includes Year 13 students who have a study class during Period 1 or Period 5. If you require your student to come home for lunch they will need to gain a lunch pass which will enable them to come home for lunchtime only.
