🎓 Senior Prizegiving – Wednesday, October 29

Join us to celebrate the achievements of our senior students at this year’s Senior Prizegiving.

• Start Time: 7:00 PM

• Doors Open: 6:30 PM

• Location: DHS School Gym

📅 Teacher Only Day – Monday, November 24

Please note that Monday, November 24 will be a Teacher Only Day. This day will allow staff to work through changes to the national curriculum.

• Supervision will NOT be available for students on this day.

End-of-Year Arrangements for Senior Students

Year 12 & Year 13

• Final Day of Classes: Wednesday, October 29

• NCEA Exams Begin: Tuesday, November 4

Year 11

• Final Day of Classes: Wednesday, November 5

• NCEA Exams Begin: Monday, November 10

Your child will be issued with an exam admission slip in the next few weeks. Please ensure this is kept somewhere safe, as it will outline their exam time, date, etc.

Important Exam Reminders:

• Students need to check their exam specifications on NZQA to ascertain what materials they may bring with them into the exam

• Students must arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled exam time.

• Students must wear full school uniform.

• Students must bring their exam admission slip to each exam.
