"I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the London International Youth Science Forum, and I was proud to represent our school and country on an international stage. The two-week program was a whirlwind of science and discovery. It was amazing to be surrounded by over 400 other young science enthusiasts from more than 90 countries, all sharing ideas and learning about our different cultures. The schedule was packed with lectures from leading academics and incredible site visits that took us from historic institutions like the University of Cambridge to the cutting-edge McLaren Motorsport factory and the BMW factory in Oxford. Hearing from prominent figures, including Nobel Prize winner in Chemistry Sir David MacMillan and Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, was a truly unforgettable highlight.

The experience has definitely cemented my passion for a future in STEM, and I am now even more excited to begin my engineering studies at university next year. It brought what we learn in our science classes to life and has given me a much clearer perspective on where these subjects can take you. I’ve come back feeling motivated, inspired, and with a new network of friends from around the world. I am incredibly grateful to all my sponsors for their belief in me and for investing in my future."
