Results from the weekend. Three shooters travelled to Wanaka on Saturday Sam Melvin, Ben Shallard and Ben Tucker.

Shooting conditions were near perfect which meant Ben Tucker was able to shoot a possible

in his skeet round with only two others. He shot off and ended up 1st Senior, a great effort from

Ben and a very tidy round. They all shot well in the DTL, but not quite good enough.

Sunday's comp day was in Alexandra, same three shooters in not so great weather, which

made things a little more tricky but it was the same for everyone. 

Ben Shallard shot a possible in the single barrel, his first ever. He then went into the shootoff and did not look like

folding and ended up HOA. This has made his season, a good effort and great to see.

Ben Tucker was picked to lead the Otago team in the skeet, and after a close round went down

by one target to a strong and well polished Southland team. He led like a champ - well done

to the two Bens!
