Body Project

Body Project research is being run through Massey University.

We’ve been running online Body Project groups successfully this term with students from all over the country, and we’ve launched a national Instagram campaign to help young people hear about the opportunity. It’s been great to see students benefiting from the programme.

We’ll be continuing to run groups through the end of the year, so please do consider promoting the programme to your students. With all the recent discussion in NZ about limiting social media use for young people, it’s encouraging to be able to offer something positive, practical, and genuinely supportive for their wellbeing.

The flyer and parent blurb are attached and the promotional video here: Body Project video.

You can find out more about the Body Project here: Body Project Support - The Body Project .

If you would like to speak to our team to learn more about the Body Project and the research we are doing, please do get in touch.
