Who is this for?
Parents, carers, and whānau of disabled young people (from early teens to late 20s) who want to start thinking about the future.
What we will cover:
Exploring what a full, meaningful adult life can look like—including learning, work, hobbies, living arrangements, and community connections.
Starting early, mapping out pathways, and understanding available supports.
Creating space for whānau to reflect on how parenting roles evolve over time.
Practical, positive tools and ideas for planning ahead.
